We collect personal information you provide when booking ferry tickets, including your name, email address, phone number, and age. For vehicle bookings, we collect plate numbers and vehicle details. We also automatically collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
Your information is used to process bookings, generate e-tickets, send booking confirmations and updates, improve our services, and comply with Philippine maritime regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain booking records for 5 years as required by maritime transport regulations. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer.
We may share limited data with payment processors, port authorities, and government agencies as required by law. These parties are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.
Our service is not directed at children under 13. Minors must have their bookings made by a parent or guardian who provides consent for the collection of the minor's information.
